Melissa Lyric is a multi-genre music producer based in New Jersey, known for her distinctive drum programming, lush synth melodies, and polished mix aesthetics across R&B, Latin, and Hip-Hop music. She brings an innovative approach to music production and earned her B.A. in Music Production from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Melissa has recently co-produced Domino Saint’s “Aura,” a record born out of a “She Runs The Boards” all-female camp, run by Platoon in partnership with ASCAP Latino, where she collaborated closely and worked with four other women to create the track. The record is an Afro-House–infused production that has performed exceptionally well, surpassing 1.2 million plays on YouTube, and features a video treatment filmed in Paris, France. Recently, the track was performed live by Domino Saints on Despierta América, one of Latin America’s biggest daytime talk shows, providing major exposure across the region.

Melissa Lyric is an ASCAP Foundation Harold Adamson Lyric award-winning songwriter (2019), solidifying her place as a top emerging talent in the industry.

In 2023, Melissa was hired by Gender Amplified and Serato to join a team of eight producers to create and produce for Serato’s “Unfound Sounds” Women’s History Month sound pack, released globally in Serato Studio, the music production software by Serato, celebrating women in the music production industry.

Beyond artist collaborations, Melissa has composed and produced for FOX Entertainment, one of America’s leading television companies, and contributed her expertise as a Music Tech Specialist at Apple, helping to improve music software for producers. Melissa is now managed by Kinnetic Artistry. She is currently working with many Latin artists from the Dominican Republic and Warner Chappell Music. She continues to push creative boundaries, champions women in production, and crafts immersive soundscapes that make an impact across music, media, and culture.
